Tamlyn D. Delgado, age 27, of Gillette, WY passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018. Tamlyn was born March 4, 1991 in Saginaw, MI the third of five children born to Sophia Allen.
Tamlyn grew up in Lupton, MI and graduated from Ogemaw Heights High School before taking some college classes for Social Work. She worked as a corrections officer for Wyoming State Penitentiary in Rawlins, WY before becoming disabled. Tamlyn was a loving mother of two beautiful boys; Jesse D. Shirley and Johnny A. Shirley. She was a very caring and loving young soul who loved to travel and go hiking. Tamlyn made friends easily and was very loyal to all those she cared for. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Tamlyn is survived by her two sons: Jesse and Johnny; her mother and step-father Sophia and John Allen of Gillette, WY; brothers: Shane Delgado, Coty Gavit; sisters: Adriana Gavit, Amanda Jenkins; Grandmother Aurora Delgado; and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers: Maximilliano F. Delgado and Wallace Gavit as well as by her grandmother Geneva I. Gavit.
