Shannon Faye Van Litsenborgh, 47, of Gillette, Wyoming passed away on December 24, 2025. A luncheon style service will take place Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Walker Funeral Home, 410 Medical Arts Court, Gillette, Wyoming 82716.

Shannon Faye Van Litsenborgh, of Gillette Wyoming passed away in her home from natural causes and lived 47 years from September 17th, 1978, to December 23rd of 2025. Shannon Faye Van Litsenborgh was born in Spearfish South Dakota and didn't just reside there she lived in Driggs, Sheridan and Sundance. Shannon's parents are Gerald Van Litsenborgh, Karen Brandt and Steve Roth. Shannon grew up with 4 siblings, Stephanie, Robi, Eric and Amber. Growing up Shannon was surrounded by loved ones and friends Shannon always talked about Dawn and how much fun and mischief they got into together. Shannon made many achievements in her life, graduated high school, got her CDL, made many friends through jobs as a bouncer, driving for PTI transportation and running equipment for Rain Link; she didn't just stop there. Shannon is a mother of three beautiful children. Dominic Trode her eldest son who has a beautiful wife, Madeleine Trode and two grandchildren; Steston Trode, and Penelope Trode, Colby Trode her second eldest son and Ashlynn Trode her youngest daughter, with two grandchildren Cattleya Trode-Lasslett and one on the way. Shannon made many friends in her life; some even have the most interesting fun stories involving Shannon. Some say Shannon was full of life and always looking for the next laugh or adventure, others say Shannon was the loudest one in the room with joyful laughter that was always contagious. But when it comes down to it, Shannon loved all things, but the thing that was the most important to Shannon was being able to have joyful and joking conversations with friends and family. Shannon loved playing with Cattleya and cuddling the fat cat Roscoe, who always got told to move out the way when Shannon was doing something. Shannon had a big love for animals and places she called home. Shannon is preceded in death by her father, Gerald Van Litsenborgh and little brother Robi Allen Roth.
