Richard Eugene Bargmann

Graveside service for Richard Bargman will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 16, 2026 at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery with Military Honors provided by American Legion Post #42 Honor Guard.

Richard (Dick) Bargman passed away on January 7, 2026 of natural causes. He was loved by family and friends. He was greatly respected in his line of work operating heavy machinery in the oil fields.

He was born October 11, 1953 in Fargo, North Dakota and later joined the Navy. He drove truck for several years after that.

He married Clarice (Sorlien) in March 17, 1963 at First Lutheran Church of Miles City, MT. In 1967, he moved his family to Gillette, WY where he began operating heavy equipment and was one of the best.

Richard leaves behind children, Valorie Webster of Branchville, VA and Bill Bargman of Gillette, WY. Richard is preceded in death by his loving wife Clarice of 57 years who passed May 20, 2020 and his daughter, Lisa Smith in August 21, 2024.
