Maria "Mary" Hoffman

Maria “Mary” Hoffman, 83, died July 27, 2026 at WCHS Manor. She was born in Bismark, North Dakota on December 16, 1942, raised on a ranch/farm near Almont, ND and was a longtime resident of Gillette. She is survived by her daughter, Deirdre Brown, son-in-law Dennis, grandchildren Allen Brown, MacKenzie Brown, Ethan Brown, great-granddaughter, Kirra Brown, one sister Veronica Angie Tressel of Washington and many Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband David Hoffman, her parents and 4 sisters. Her kindness and loving patience will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. “The purpose of life is not to be happy.
