Linda Marie Lang

Linda M. Lang age 70, formerly of Pine Haven, WY passed away Sunday, December 28, 2025 in Texas. Memorial service for Linda Lang will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Gillette Memorial Chapel. - Linda Marie (Carlson) Lang, born 11/20/1955 passed away 12/28/2025. But I never looked that old or felt it.

My life was great. A 40-year career as a speech language pathologist. Married Bruce Wayne in 1979. He always kept me going.

We had 10 years to become the best of friends. My sister used to say to other people, “other people go on vacation, you build something.” One time I was holding the tape measure wrong to square a building. Bruce never said a thing, but the tape measurer flew across 10 acres.

In 1989, we were so blessed with Rebecca Ann. She was supposed to be a 9 lb. boy, she was a 5lb girl. Precious. Built a life around her, and with her. She told me on Mother’s Day; I should thank daddy for making me a mother. Bless her heart!

I was raised by 2 wonderful parents, that made me the person I was. So, thank, appreciate, and miss them. Don and Marilyn Carlson were so fun!

Had a sister who took great care of me, so so much. Cindy Carlson was my best support.

I’ve been blessed with so many friends, can’t even count them. They weren’t just friends; they were my family. Love you all. Celebrate what we had, I`ll buy. Ring the bell. I had a good life.

I was blessed with the best husband in the world. He took the best care of me. Even soaked my feet in hot water and made me a steak, after we packed my moose out. Perfect! I owe him the great life I had. He was a precious and amazing man. Could never have made this amazing journey without him. So glad I said yes!

Have to mention Andy Marushack, who married Becca. He is amazing and made our lives complete. Totally, the son we never had. Bless you for taking such good care of our girl. Love you both so.

Well friends, I died of something I couldn’t outrun. Sorry I`ll miss the party! Celebrate! Life goes on!!
