Joshua “Josh” Martin, age 52, of Gillette Wyoming passed away suddenly Feb 17, 2026. He was surrounded by loved ones at the time of his death with his wife, Sherri, his sister-in-law Kristi and his niece Jayden by his side.

Josh loved sports. He was a diehard Raider fan and lived for the Summer Olympics. He was also an avid NASCAR fan and would become very animated every race day. Josh loved working in the coal field as a contractor because he was able to see and experience new things all the time. He was most proud of being one of the select few who got to travel to Cocoa Beach FL to work for NASA. Josh had a huge heart and was passionate about giving back wherever he could and he was very protective of his family. He also had a wicked sense of humor. His passing will leave a huge hole in those who loved him. He will be greatly missed and forever loved.

He is survived by his wife of 33 yrs Sherri, his mother Gail, his sister Jennifer and her husband Tracy Faulkerson and his nephew Kerry Wood; his sister-in-law Kristi and her husband Jason Blakely along with his nieces Tatianna and Jayden Blakely and Bianca Hanson; his brother-in-law Mike and his wife Julie Terry along with nieces and nephews Autumn, Emmy, Abby, Elise and Roman Terry.
