Jade RaeLynn Ommen

Visitation for Jade Ommen will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:0 p.m., Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at Gillette Memorial Chapel. A private family service will be held at a later date. Jade RaeLynn Ommen was born September 22, 1998 at 9:22 a.m. she was 21 years old at the time of her sudden passing June 2, 2020. She loved playing volleyball, baseball, bowling and playing cards. Her favorite interest, however, were animals, music, poetry, tattoos, camping, fishing, and hiking. She is preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Carole and Peter Schmidt; grandfather, Jerome Kutzer, and aunt, Carol Anderson. She is survived by her mother, Amber Ommen, other parents Mike and Maggie Kutzer, her biological father, Brent Morin, sister, Meghan Schlautmann, brothers, Jason Lueras, Caleb Kutzer, and Alex Morin; grandparents, Charles and Nancy Yarnell, and Janis Kutzer;  Aunt Lisa (Rick) Baker, and numerous other aunts uncles nieces nephews and cousins.
