Delores Margaret Payne

Funeral service for Delores Payne will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 1, 2019 at Walker Funeral Home with Frank Latta officiating; interment to follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Walker Funeral Home.

Delores Margaret Payne age 89, passed away in the early morning hours of Monday, February 25, 2019 at The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center of natural causes. Delores was born on February 22, 1930 in Arlington, South Dakota to Esther (Brown) and Vincent Belloumini. She married John Payne on June 16, 1965; the couple enjoyed spending their winters in Arizona. Dee worked as a waitress at Conally’s Café, Stockman’s Café and Lula Bells during the 55 years of living in Gillette, WY. She loved tending to her flowers, cooking, and she enjoyed her cats.

Delores is survived by her children, Chuck Remmick, Bob Remmick, Frank Latta, and Kathy Fenchak; 23 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband; three brothers; and two sisters.
