Cynthia Louise Foulks

Cynthia Louise Foulks age 55, passed away at her home in Rozet, Wyoming on July 23, 2025. She was born on May 22, 1970 in El Dorado, KS to Gracie Louise Poulter and Larry Walter. Cyndi had been a caretaker all of her life. She taught Sunday school for a while before graduating and then she worked at Pioneer Manor, Gillette News Record, and the Beehive nursing home for several years as a CNA. She worked at Walmart for ten years as cashier, money center associate and customer service manager.

Cyndi loved and admired her mom. Her mom was a social butterfly and a great cook so all meals included family, friends and neighbors. Cyndi learned this art from her mom. She didn’t know how to make a meal for less than ten people. She loved baking, confectionery, canning and homemade meals. There were rarely any frozen packaged meals in her home. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Foulks; daughter, Sarah Walter; siblings, Keith Chrans, Mike Walter, and Jolene Cushenberry; nephew, James Soesbe; niece, Bre Ingersol; four grant-children, Baylie, Daisy, Pepper and Weston Soesbe.

We will be hosting an informal celebration of life get together on Saturday, August 2 at our home, located at 8 Bearclaw Circle, Rozet, Wyoming (Cedar Hills); from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
