Billy Joe Robidoux, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2023, at his residence in Wright, Wyoming, at the age of 74. Born on May 26, 1949, in the picturesque town of Glenwood Springs, Colorado, Billy Joe was a true lover of the great outdoors. Billy Joe's zest for life was evident in his hobbies and passions. He found solace on the serene waters, where he spent countless days pursuing his love for fishing. The rugged beauty of the Tetons beckoned him, and he was proud to own a hunting camp in those majestic mountains. Professionally, Billy Joe dedicated several years of his life to Thunder Basin Coal and Gilmore. He was a proud entrepreneur, owning and operating Wright Tru-Value, where he warmly served his community. Billy Joe's vibrant spirit and warm heart endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him. He is survived by his beloved wife, Brenda Robidoux; son, James Robidoux; and daughter, Jerri Murray. He is preceded in death by father, James Robidoux; mother, Faye Robidoux; grandparents, Louis and Anna Laura (Ruby) Robidoux and Jenny and Charles Rawlings; and brother, Jerry Robidoux. In remembrance of Billy Joe's remarkable life, a public visitation will be held on September 22, 2023, at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Wright, Wyoming. The ceremony will be a heartfelt celebration of Billy Joe's life, where friends and family can share anecdotes and memories of their time spent together. Billy Joe Robidoux brought joy and laughter to the lives of those he encountered. His vibrant personality and love for nature will forever remain in our hearts.
