Becky K. Lowe age 57, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Close to Home Hospice surrounded by her family. Becky was born on May 9, 1961 in Cody, WY to Barbara (Barnette) and Cecil McMillian. Becky is survived by her parents, Cecil and Barbara McMillian of Cody, WY; brothers, Bob and Bill McMillian of Cody, WY; husband, Rick Lowe of Gillette, WY; daughter, Jennifer Dawkins of Cheyenne, WY; and son, Scott Lowe of Greely, CO. Private family services to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made in Becky’s name to benefit Close to Home Hospice.
