Funeral services for William ?Willie? Bowen, will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2005 at the Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Gillette, Wyoming with Pastor Gary Williams of the West Side Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday March 6, 2005 at the Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home in Gillette. William ?Willie? Bowen, age 44 passed away at his home in Gillette, Wyoming on Wednesday, March 2, 2005.Willie was born on July 22, 1960 to Eugene Bowen and Jeannie (Earll) Bowen in North Platte, Nebraska. He attended school in Nebraska and Colorado. Willie moved to Gillette, Wyoming in 1979 where he worked as a roustabout threw out the years. He married Cindy L. Morris in 1981 in Gillette, where they made their home with their daughter. Willie enjoyed spending most of his free time with his two granddaughters, Joey and Kailee. He loved camping and spending time with his friends and having a good time.Willie is survived by his wife, Cindy Bowen of Gillette, Wyoming; daughter, Shoshauna Bowen of Gillette, Wyoming; two granddaughters, Joey and Kailee of Gillette, Wyoming; mother, Jeannie Bowen of North Platte, Nebraska; brothers, Arvine Bowen of North Platte, Nebraska and Leo Bowen of California; three nephews and three nieces.He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Bowen; one sister and one brother.
