Ira Elliott

Ira Henry Elliott, age 44, passed away February 13, 2006 unexpectedly in his home in Gillette. Service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday February 20, 2006 at the New Life Wesleyan Church with Charlie Carpenter officiating.Our beloved father, Ira Henry Elliott was born on February 28, 1961 in Newcastle, Wyoming to Amos C. and Iris M. Elliott. He had a great passion for and loved being with his family and friends. Ira enjoyed camping, hunting, motorcycling, tattooing and traveling. He lived and worked around Gillette since 1982 for Getter Trucking, Black Hills Trucking, Austin Powder and Viking Explosives. Ira is survived by 2 daughters: Jenny Rebbecca Elliott from Wright, Wyoming and Pattirriccia Mae Ryan and husband Sean from Elgin, Florida and son, Ira Corrie Elliott from Phoenix, Arizona, 2 grandsons: Quentine Dean Elliott of Wright and Connor Richard Ryan of Florida. He is also survived by his mother; Iris Elliott and step-father Walter Elliott from Newcastle, Wyoming, grandfather; Iris Small of Newcastle, Wyoming, 1 Brother; Jim Elliott of Gillette, Wyoming, 5 sisters; Tina and Stanley Dixon of Newcastle, Wyoming, Amie and Gaylen Hertel of Gillette, Wyoming, Patti and Darren Stoppel of Casper, Wyoming, Nikkie Elliott and Heusein Albdeiri of Wright, Wyoming, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father, and 3 grandparents.He touched numerous lives, was and always will be loved and remembered by all.
