Funeral services for Enid Maxine Pechota will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at Blanche Beck Memorial Chapel in Pioneer Manor Nursing Home with Chaplain Bob Rudichar will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Gillette, Wyoming. Enid passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2006 in Gillette, Wyoming at Pioneer Manor Nursing Home of cancer.Enid was born on June 13, 1915 in Lineville, Iowa the daughter of Hubert and Della (Clark) Baker. She moved to Wyoming in the early 1930?s with her parents. In 1931 she married Leland Geschwender in Upton, Wyoming to this union they had two children. She was employed as a waitress and then as a bookkeeper in Nebraska. Later she married Dewey Pechota. In order to live near her family, she moved to Gillette, Wyoming in the summer of 1982. Enid was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Gillette. She liked to play cards and dancing and on her 90th birthday she danced. Enid is survived by her daughter; Janette May Boden of Gillette, Wyoming, 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son Jackie Lee Geschwender.Memorials and condolences may be sent in care of Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home 210 W. 5th Street, Gillette, Wyoming 82716 or via the internet at www.stevensonandsons.com.
