Cody Clapp

Funeral Services for Cody Clapp will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 27, 2006 at the First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Orvil Holden officiating.Cody, age 18, died Wednesday night, November 22, 2006 as the result of an automobile accident on Echeta Road, Gillette.Cody Jon Clapp was born on January 27, 1988, in Gillette, Wyoming, the son of Michael and Cindy Clapp and brother of Jason and Colton Clapp. He attended Conestoga Elementary, Sage Valley Junior High and Campbell County High School. Cody worked with his brothers in their father?s landscaping business and most recently at M&M Oil Field Service which he greatly enjoyed and talked of often. Cody enjoyed helping people. He loved running around Antelope Valley, the neighborhood he grew up in, visiting with the neighbors, helping them in their yards and giving advice on tree trimming. Cody enjoyed the outdoors and loved to camp out. If he couldn?t get out of town, he would put up a tent in the backyard. He enjoyed playing pool, lifting weights, music, hanging out with his brothers, parents, friends, and pets. He will be so missed as our loving son and brother and so missed for his, ?I love you Mom and Dad.? We love you too Cody.He is survived by his parents, brothers, grandparents Charlie and Lucille Clapp of Marshall, Minnesota, and Bill and Lois Godeke of Albert Lea, Minnesota, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
