Stuart Reynolds

A memorial service for Stuart Edmund Reynolds, age 51, of Upton, Wyoming will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 11:00 a.m. at the Methodist Church in Upton with Reverend Gene Hagerman officiating. Stuart died at his home on Friday, June 29.Stuart, son of Cecil and Barbara (Penrose) Reynolds, was born on December 31, 1955 in San Francisco, California. When Stuart was two weeks old he made the cross country trip to Upton, Wyoming where he grew up and graduated from Upton High School in 1975 and the University of Wyoming in 1984. Upon graduation, he returned to northeastern Wyoming, working in the oil industry in particular K&D Perforators of Upton. Stuart was an avid sports fan, specifically the Wyoming Cowboys, Houston Astros and St. Louis Rams. Stuart was a member of Upton Lodge #38 AF and AM, Sheridan Valley Scottish Rite, Gillette York Rite Bodies, Kalif Temple of the Shrine Inya Kara Shrine Club, and the Upton Chapter #32 Order of the Eastern Star. Area lodges frequently requested and heard Stuart's inspiring lectures. Stuart is survived by brother Don (Cora Lee) Reynolds of Lander, step-mother, Ruth Reynolds of Gillette, step-sisters Karol (Jerry) Fawcett of Newcastle and Barb Barondeau of Escalante, Utah, five nephews, one niece, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.He was preceded in death by his parents and step-brother Larry Weaver.The family has suggested memorials be made to the Upton Lodge #38 and Upton Chapter #32 of the Eastern Star.
