Archie Jayson Pearce

October 16, 2003 — April 5, 2018

Celebration of Life for Archie Pearce will be at 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Twin Spruce Jr. High in the Commons area. Archie Jayson Pearce, age 14, left to be in the arms of our Lord on Thursday, April 5, 2018. Archie was born in Shelton Washington on October 16, 2003 and has called Recluse, Wyoming his home since July of 2011. Archie was very adventurous, outgoing, and never afraid to try something new. He loved spending time with his friends and going to school functions. He also loved doing many outdoor recreational activities, especially hunting, fishing, and caring for his animals. He attended school at Twin Spruce Middle School where he was a member of the wrestling team and loved by many of his classmates. He was the second youngest of six siblings and was always there for his family and friends in so many ways. When he got older Archie wanted to patent his inventions, design his own gun brand, but most of all he really wanted to start a hunting store with a range club. In the coming years, he was most excited about continuing wrestling at Campbell Count High School, getting his driver’s license, and starting his first official job. Archie lit up a room with his presence. He embraced life with every cell of his body. His enthusiasm touched so many.  He had such a joy for life that it was contagious and felt by all who knew him. He will be so dearly missed. He leaves behind his parents, Joe and Tracey Pearce; his grandparents, Ralph and Sandra Stewart; Ronald and Mary Jane See; and great-grandmother, Mary See; his siblings and extended family, Allen and Karissa Archuleta; Joshua Dean; Zachary; and Jessa Stauffer; Hope Pearce; Lakin Pearce; and was loved dearly by over 33 aunts and uncles and 44 cousins. We will always be remembered for his infectious smile, his amazing sence of humor and his fearless zest for adventure. Memorials and condolences may be sent in care of Gillette Memorial Chapel 210 West 5th Street, Gillette, WY 82716. Condolences may also be expressed at www.gillettememorialchapel.com
