Nikki encountered a very difficult family and couldn’t have been more professional and caring! She was great! She went above and beyond! Nikki even used her personal video camera to tape the service so I could send it to our son in Baghdad, Iraq.

Our father was cremated and services were held out of state. Tom Walker was very helpful with the decisions that needed to be made at that time. We appreciated his concern and his professional attitude during this difficult time.
